Cadmon Systems builds the Make.com layer that connects your ERP, your online stores, monday.com and AI agents. AI reads emails and documents and decides what to do, and Make.com carries it out inside your systems, so orders, inventory and documents move without anyone retyping them.

Years Asaf Cadmon managed the core systems domain (WMS, TMS, ERP) in logistics
In most companies the ERP, the online store and monday.com each run on their own, and someone moves data between them by hand. AI tools sit on the side, because nothing feeds their output into the systems. Make.com closes that gap: it moves data between your systems and carries out what the AI decided.
✕ Data retyped by hand from one system to the next
✕ Emails, PDFs and contracts read and keyed in manually
✕ You hear about a failure only when a customer complains
✓ Orders, inventory and documents move between systems on their own
✓ An AI agent reads the document, and a person approves before data reaches the ERP
✓ Alerts fire when something gets stuck, and every connection is managed in one place
From a new integration layer to an audit and cleanup of the one you already run.
Every process is designed together, so you can add a new one without breaking the rest.
An AI agent that reads emails and documents gets access to your systems through Make.com, and every sensitive action goes to a person for approval.
Know what to fix first: we check what is fragile and what is missing, and you get a report with clear priorities.
When you replace a system, the automations are rebuilt and move with it.
You hear about a failure right away, not from a customer, because every process has monitoring and error handling.
Every connection and credential is managed in one place, ready to connect internal tools and AI apps.
We work in phases, and you see a result at every step before we move on.
01
A written document covering the process, the fields, the rules and the edge cases, so everyone agrees on what gets built.
02
One complete flow runs in real conditions. A person approves the data before it is written to the ERP, so a mistake never reaches the system the whole company relies on.
03
We sit down with the person who owns the process and decide what works, what changes and what comes next.
04
We add processes, channels or companies, and you get clear documentation of everything we built.
The challenge: An Israeli retailer and importer ran 12 separate WooCommerce stores. Every order was typed into Priority by hand, followed by a manual delivery note and a call to the courier.
The solution: One Make.com layer moves every order from the store to Priority, creates the courier label and sends the customer a tracking number. The same layer also syncs inventory, Tranzila payments and import declarations.
Every order now travels from the store to the courier without anyone typing it, and the system went live in about 30 working days from the specification.
In most large projects, Make.com is one of several services connected to each other.
Data is written to and read from Priority directly, including custom forms and subforms.
Orders, purchasing and logistics run end to end, with no retyping between systems.
The ways to connect Make.com to Priority ERP, and when each one fits.
Five connected services: Make.com, business process automation, AI agents, Priority ERP and monday.com.

What is iPaaS as an AI execution layer?
iPaaS as an AI execution layer means AI models decide, and an integration platform like Make.com executes those decisions safely inside ERP, CRM and other systems. Asaf Cadmon presented this approach at the 2026 CIO Club conference.
How long does an automation project take?
A typical integration project runs 4 to 8 weeks, and multi-phase AI programs take longer. Every project starts with a written specification that defines what gets built.
On a discovery call we map your processes and systems, and decide together what to connect first.
