Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what information Cadmon Systems collects when you browse cadmonsystems.com or contact us through it, why we use it, and what rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

Cadmon Systems, Israeli licensed dealer no. 300703477, is responsible for the information collected on this site. Our address is 5 Shoham St., Be'er Ya'akov, Israel. For any privacy question, write to privacy@cadmonsystems.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and basic technical data about how the site is used.

  • What you enter in the contact form: full name, phone, email, company name and your message. Name and phone are required, everything else is up to you.
  • What you share when you book a call or write to us: details you give when booking through Calendly, in a WhatsApp message or by email.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and how you reached the site. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools, described below.

You are not legally required to give us any information. Without a name and phone number, we cannot get back to you after a form submission.

How we use it

We use your information to get back to you and deliver the service you asked for.

  • To answer your inquiry, schedule a discovery call and continue the business relationship.
  • To manage inquiries in our CRM.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve its content.
  • To measure our advertising and show relevant ads on social networks.
  • To meet legal requirements.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies, small files stored in your browser.

  • Essential cookies: remember the language you chose and help the site load fast. The site will not work properly without them.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics collects usage data, such as pages viewed and visit length.
  • Advertising: the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag record site visits so we can measure campaigns and show ads to people who visited.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings, and block Google Analytics with Google's official browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

Service providers we work with

To run the site and manage inquiries, your data passes to providers that work for us under their own privacy policies.

  • Hostinger: website hosting.
  • Airtable: the CRM that receives contact form submissions.
  • Google Analytics: site usage measurement.
  • Meta and LinkedIn: ad measurement and ad delivery.
  • Calendly: meeting scheduling.
  • WhatsApp: messaging, if you choose to contact us that way.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Israel. Beyond them, we share your data only when the law requires it or when you have agreed.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep the information you gave us until we delete it, with no fixed period, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the systems that hold your data is restricted. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never happen.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to send you marketing messages.

To use these rights, write to privacy@cadmonsystems.com with your name and the contact details you gave us, so we can find your data. We will respond as the law requires.

Children

The site is meant for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
