Cadmon Systems builds the connections between your ERP, your CRM and every other tool on Make.com, and puts AI inside your processes, so work moves without anyone retyping data.
Pick the situation closest to yours and jump straight to the service that fits it.
Make.com automation and integrations.
Priority ERP integration and automation.
monday.com implementation.
Consulting, support and ongoing partnership.
We connect your ERP, CRM, forms and every other tool into one flow, and remove the manual work in between.
Who it fits: companies where data moves between systems by hand, from the online store to the ERP and from the ERP to the courier.
What's included:
✓ Every process is designed as one system, so a new flow never breaks the ones already running
✓ Orders, purchasing and logistics run end to end, with no retyping
✓ Monitoring, error handling and an alert when something gets stuck
What it looks like in practice
✓ Real-time inventory sync across every sales channel
✓ Automatic generation of contracts, quotes and documents
✓ Make Enterprise planning, including credit consumption forecasts
Field example: stock changes in Priority → Make.com → stock updates in every store → a new order lands in Priority → courier label and tracking number to the customer. For an importer running 12 online stores, this runs on 41+ production scenarios.
We connect Priority to your CRM, website, forms and other systems, and automate the data entry, document generation and updates your team still does by hand.
Who it fits: companies where Priority is the source of truth, and every other system needs to read from it and write to it.
What's included:
✓ Reading and writing standard and custom Priority forms, including subforms, through the OData API
✓ Online stores connected to Priority: orders, inventory, customers and documents
✓ Several Priority companies and environments handled in parallel
What it looks like in practice
✓ AI-prepared records written into Priority: quotes, contracts and order changes
✓ Priority advisory and ERP presentations for executive teams
Field example: order change request → routing rule (price changes go to the Israeli company only, date or quantity changes go to both) → temporary order status → line update → status restored → lines mirrored between the companies. For an Israeli manufacturer running Priority in Israel and the USA.
AI agents that read emails, documents and messages, apply your business rules and write clean data into your systems, inside the automations you already run.
Who it fits: companies that receive a steady stream of documents, emails and free-text requests that someone reads and types in.
What's included:
✓ Contract and invoice extraction with DocuPipe, including 20+ page documents in several languages
✓ An AI agent that turns quote requests from email, PDF or Excel into a quote in the ERP
✓ WhatsApp AI agents that recognize the type of request and route it
What it looks like in practice
✓ Search and answers over company documents (RAG) with Pinecone
✓ AI readiness assessments for leadership teams
✓ Governance rules: the AI escalates exceptions to a person, and a person approves before data is written to the ERP
Field example: a contract reaches a dedicated mailbox → DocuPipe parses it into fields → an LLM layer analyzes the free text → Make.com matches customer and part codes → a draft in Priority → a person approves. For a global automotive supplier, across 25 to 30 contract templates and five Priority environments.
When your teams need a shared workspace, we implement monday.com and connect it to the rest of your systems.
Who it fits: teams that handle requests and approvals over email and WhatsApp, with no single view of what is still open.
What's included:
✓ monday.com as the request and approval layer on top of Priority
✓ KPI boards and management dashboards
✓ Board architecture, Connect Boards relations and forms
What it looks like in practice
✓ AI agents and WhatsApp flows triggered from monday.com
✓ Project tracking boards for implementation governance
Field example: monday.com form → approval board → Make.com → the order updates in two Priority companies. For an Israeli manufacturer with one company in Israel and one in the USA.
A technology partner who knows your systems, keeps improving them and makes sure everything keeps running.
Who it fits: companies that already run automations but have no one to own them, fix them when they break and make them better.
What's included:
✓ An audit of your existing Make.com setup, with a findings report and prioritized fixes
✓ Ongoing support after go-live
✓ Monitoring and error handling, so you hear about a failure before your customer does
What it looks like in practice
✓ Team training and clear documentation of what was built
✓ Moving your automations over when you replace a system
Field example: audit of the existing setup → findings report with priorities → fixes → ongoing monitoring. This is how production Make, Airtable and Twilio systems were reviewed for clients in the US.
You can start with one service. They are built to connect, and most large projects combine three or more.
01
The layer that moves data between Priority, your stores, your CRM and every other system, and carries out the actions.
02
Agents that read, classify and decide inside the flows, while Make.com carries out each decision in your systems.
03
Where your teams submit requests, approve them and see the numbers.
04
Monitoring, fixes and new flows as the business grows.
Start by connecting Priority to your CRM, add an AI agent that classifies incoming requests, and continue with ongoing support.
Connect your online stores to Priority with Make.com, then add a monday.com board for approvals and tracking.
Start with an audit of your existing Make.com setup, fix what is fragile, and build AI flows on top of it.

We work in phases, and every phase ends with something concrete before we move on.
01
We map your processes and systems and find where the most manual work happens. What you get: a shared decision on what to connect first.
02
We define the process steps, data fields, rules and edge cases. What you get: a written specification everyone agrees on.
03
We build one complete flow and test it in real conditions. What you get: a working first version, with human approval before any data is written to the ERP.
04
We roll out to more processes, channels or companies. What you get: documentation, a clean handover to your team and ongoing support.
Every solution starts with what the business needs, not with which tool would be most interesting to build.
Make.com, Priority ERP, monday.com and AI from a single partner, with no need to coordinate several vendors.
We train your team, document what we built and keep improving it as the business grows.

Years Asaf Cadmon managed the core systems domain (WMS, TMS, ERP) in logistics, at Flying Cargo and FC Trucking
The challenge: an Israeli importer and retailer with 12 separate WooCommerce stores. Every order was typed into Priority by hand, followed by a manual delivery note and a call to the courier.
The solution: one Make.com layer moves every order from the store to Priority, creates the courier label and sends the customer a tracking number. The same layer also syncs inventory, Tranzila payments and import declarations.
15 integrations and 41+ production scenarios, 12 sites on one ERP, in about 30 working days from specification.
What is Cadmon Systems?
Cadmon Systems is an Israeli automation and AI integration consultancy that connects Priority ERP, monday.com, eCommerce and AI agents through Make.com. It is led by founder and CEO Asaf Cadmon and is a Make.com Gold Partner.
Can Make.com integrate with Priority ERP?
Yes. Make.com connects to Priority ERP through Priority's OData REST API, including custom forms and subforms. Cadmon Systems has built Priority integrations for orders, inventory, quotes, contracts and order changes across up to five Priority environments.
Does Cadmon Systems work with monday.com?
Yes. Cadmon Systems is a monday.com Partner and uses monday.com as the request, approval and KPI layer on top of ERP systems. For an Israeli manufacturer, order change requests flow from a monday.com form to two Priority companies in Israel and the USA.
Can AI extract data from contracts into an ERP?
Yes. Document AI such as DocuPipe parses contracts into structured fields, and Make.com writes them to the ERP as drafts for human approval. Cadmon Systems runs this for a global automotive supplier across 25 to 30 contract templates and five international Priority environments.
How long does an automation project take?
A typical integration project runs 4 to 8 weeks, and multi-phase AI programs take longer. A 12-store eCommerce integration with Priority went live in about 30 working days.
On a discovery call we map your processes and systems, and decide together what to connect first.
